Due dates

The deadlines for my module are not shown or conflict with other information I have been given - what should I do?

If the module appears but there are no due dates or they conflict with other information you have been given please contact your module leader or your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office.

If the module does not appear at all please check you are correctly registered for the module on the 'Registered Modules' screen. If you are not you will need to contact your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office urgently.

Receipt of work

When will the receipt of my work be currently shown?

Work will be receipted on your record within 3 working days of the work having been submitted.

What does 'Status' mean?

Submitted

The work has been handed in by the deadline

Not Submitted

The work has not been received by the Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office

Submitted Late

The work has been handed in within 10 working days of the deadline. It will only be marked if there is a successful claim for 'mitigating circumstances' for the work. Both work and mitigating circumstances form must be handed in by the deadline for mitigating circumstances claims. For details please contact your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office.

Invalid

The submission was invalid as the work was submitted too late for it to be accept. You should return to the Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office to collect your coursework.

How do I query details shown?

Contact your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office. Please remember work will not always show as Submitted until 3 working days of the deadline passing, so please do not query your coursework submission status until AFTER that date.

If emailing, please include details of your name, ID number and date of birth.

What does the 'Live' column mean?

'Live' work is that which is due in this semester, or has a reassessment in the Summer period.
