• Read the Evision user guide carefully
• Remember that your Evision username and password are the same as your University network login i.e. in the format ABC123 and not your student ID number(n.b. this is a recent change to Evision!)

If you are still unable to login, email the Evision Helpdesk at remembering to give your name, ID number and the exact nature of your problem logging in.

Staff users should contact the evision helpdesk directly - you will have been sent details by email.
