Queries - who should I contact?

When should I expect my correct modules to be displayed?

  • New students: all Autumn Semester modules should appear accurately within one week of enrolment.
  • All changes agreed during the academic year should be entered within two weeks of the change being approved by your Student Hub.

Who should I contact if they are displayed incorrectly?

Contact your Student Hub, who are responsible for approval and recording of your module registrations.

If you are attending modules which have not been approved you should contact your Student Hub as a matter of urgency.

What do the column headings mean?

Year

The academic year in which you are registered to take this module

Period

The period of time in which you are studying the module, so YEAR is a year long module and SEM1/Term1 is the first semester or term, SEM2/Term2 is the second semester or term and SUMMER is the summer studies period.

Module

The module code.

Title

The title of the module

Credit

All modules are credit rated and credits achieved accumulate towards your course. The standard module rating is 30 credits for a year long undergraduate module, 20 credits for a taught postgraduate module and 60 credits for a postgraduate dissertation.
