| Queries - who should I contact? | ||||||||||
| When should I expect data to be correct? | As soon as results are officially published and viewable on the 'Results List' screen. | |||||||||
| Who should I contact if I think it is incorrect? | Your Undergraduate/Postgraduate Registry, who are responsible for the recording and publication of results.

| How do I contact them? | You should visit them in person to complete a Results Query Form. | |||||||||
| 'Non-registered modules' | ||||||||||
| What does 'Non-Registered Module' mean? | These are modules where there is an indication that you have been attending, but no record of you having formally registered in the required way (e.g. with your PAA, Course Leader or UG/PG Centre). As you are not registered we cannot release the result and thus the mark and grade will not appear.. To get your results you should contact your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Centre to register on the module in order to have your result released. |
