Queries - who should I contact?
When should I expect data to be correct?	As soon as results are officially published and viewable on the 'Results List' screen.
Who should I contact if I believe an error has been made in the computation of my total marks for a module, level or award?	Your Undergraduate or Postgraduate Office is responsible for the recording and publication of results. If you believe an error has been made in the computation of your total marks please consult the Results Queries webpage.
'Non-registered modules'
What does 'Non-Registered Module' mean?	These are modules where there is an indication that you have been attending, but no record of you having formally registered in the required way (e.g. with your PAA, Course Leader or UG/PG Office). As you are not registered we cannot release the result and thus the mark and grade will not appear.. To get your results you should contact your Student Hub to register on the module in order to have your result released.
There seems to be a mistake as I did in fact register for the module - what should they do?	Please contact your Student Hub. Once they confirm your registration your results will be released.
